Devil Lake Trail

Devil Lake Trail is a 3.2 kilometer lightly trafficked out and back trail located near Otter Rapids, a short 5 minute drive from Missinipe, that features a lake and is good for all skill levels. The trail offers a number of activity options and is best used from June until October. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash. This hike connects the upstream (west) end of Otter Rapids Portage to the Devil Lake Campground. Trail begins at the Devil Lake Campground boat launch area and ends at the Churchill River Campground. It features excellent viewpoints and provides great photo opportunities.

  • Turn Right onto SK-102 N for 7.4 km
  • Destination will be on the left

Nut Point Trail Lac La Ronge Provincial Park

Nut Point Trail is a 30.9 kilometer lightly trafficked out and back trail located near Lac La Ronge Provincial Park, Saskatchewan, Canada that features a lake and is rated as difficult. The trail offers a number of activity options and is best used from June until September. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.The Nut Point Trail runs the length of a long peninsula extending into Lac La Ronge. The trailhead is located at the Nut Point Campground with the trail passing through rock outcrops, forests and muskeg typical of the Canadian Shield. Primitive camping areas are located along the trail.

  • Head Northwest on Otter St, Toward SK-102 S Highway
  • Turn Left onto SK-102 S, for 77.1km
  • Turn Left onto Boardman St for 1.4km
  • Turn Left onto La Ronge Ave for 2.3km

Nemeiben Trail Head

At Nemeiben Lake Lac La Ronge Provincial Park in Saskatchewan is a recreation area. There are a total 51 campsites; 22 unserviced campsites and 29 power campsites. You can go to the site and enjoy Camping, Boating, Hiking, Canoeing, Fishing, Swimming and Wildlife Viewing opportunities. A popular camping destination, the Nemeiben Lake Campground is set amongst a coniferous forest on the beautiful shores of Nemeiben Lake in the Lac La Ronge Provincial Park. Enjoy the scenic 1.5-km interpretive walking trail, fishing and other recreational activities.

  • Turn Left onto SK-102 S Highway, for 59.9 km
  • Turn Right, for 6.2 km
  • Turn Right at Nemeiben Rd
  • Destination will be on the right ​

Don Allen Trail Summit Loop

Don Allen Trail: Summit Loop is a 6.1 kilometer loop trail located near Lac La Ronge Provincial Park, Saskatchewan, Canada that offers the chance to see wildlife and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking and cross country skiing.

Distance -> 6.1 KM, Elevation -> 116 M, Route Type -> Loop

  • Turn Left onto SK-102 Highway, for 59.8 km
  • Destination will be on the right ​

Missinipe Community Trail

Located on the West side of highway 102, the community trail is an easy 5km loop.
